The Oregon Corinthian Sailing Association (OCSA), incorporated in 1975, is a non-profit organization encouraging and promoting sailing - emphasizing racing.

OCSA’s Influence

OCSA provides oversight to the larger PDX sailing community in the following areas:

    • Coast Guard sanction of local races on the Columbia River, local Sailing Instructions, and a local course chart

    • A stable Hearing Request Committee to deal with on-the-water disputes
